Refund Policy

This refund policy applies to all services contracted with EvoWeb LLC, a limited liability company incorporated in Wyoming (USA), operating under the trade name LanceTonSite.

A deposit of 50% of the total amount is due upon ordering. This deposit is non-refundable once the graphic mockup has been presented to and validated by the client, which constitutes the effective start of the service within the meaning of Directive 2011/83/EU.

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the client has a 14-calendar-day withdrawal period from the conclusion of the contract. By agreeing to the commencement of service before this period expires (in particular by validating the mockup), the client acknowledges losing this right of withdrawal.

A full refund is granted in the following cases: (1) LanceTonSite is unable to deliver the service for reasons exclusively attributable to it; (2) the mockup has not yet been presented to the client and the client exercises their right of withdrawal within 14 days.

Any refund request must be submitted in writing to: lancetonsite.contact@gmail.com, stating the order number and reasons. LanceTonSite undertakes to respond within 5 business days.

This policy is governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels. EvoWeb LLC is a company incorporated under the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA) — 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.
